Bouddi Farm Studio

On the edge of Bouddi National park

Originally built as artist Russell Drysdale’s painting studio, Bouddi Farm Studio is now a self-contained retreat at Killcare, only an hour and a half’s drive from the Sydney CBD.

With soaring ceilings and a beautiful timber floor, Bouddi Farm Studio sleeps 2 in a queen sized bed on the mezzanine level. The studio has a self-contained kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Enjoy an early morning cup of tea on the deck with the resident kookaburras, or take a 5 minute drive to Killcare Beach and the cafes of Hardy’s Bay. Bushwalk in the beautiful Bouddi National Park, or just relax with a good book in our lovely bush surroundings. A welcome breakfast basket is provided along with an electric BBQ, television and a fully stocked bookshelf.

All linen and towels supplied, and  welcome breakfast provisions.


Location: The Scenic Road, Killcare Heights – tranquil bush views over Bouddi National Park to Brisbane Water.

Amenities: Mezzanine level with queen bed, kitchen, cutlery, crockery, cookware, DVD player, CD player, BBQ, parking.  No pets. 

$200 per night – Minimum 2 night stay / $500 for three night mid-week stay*

*  Conditions: Mid-week rate only applies beginning of April to end of September, and does not include public holiday weekends, Easter or Christmas.  Minimum 3 night stay 20 December – 31 January.
